Originally from Catalina Island, California, Kyle moved to Nosara with his family in 1998, when they started Harbor Reef. He went to local schools, learned Spanish here, and watched this beach town become what it is now.
After the sale of Harbor Reef in 2016, Kyle joined the Surfing Nosara team. He brings a long knowledge of the area, a wide network of contacts, and a working sense of how Costa Rica actually functions to help people find a piece of paradise that fits how they want to live.
Today he is an agent with Coldwell Banker Surfing Nosara. Repeat and referral business is the proof that matters, and community and sustainable practice are part of the work, not a caption.
